Certificate Register and Public Verification

Check a public GFSA database record, expiry information and current status.

What verification means: A result confirms only the public record and current status stored in GFSA's database. A GFSA certificate records completion, assessment or an organization program within GFSA. It is not a government licence, regulated qualification, competence ranking, service-quality guarantee or result guarantee.

What you can check

Certificate number, holder or organization, certificate type, issue date, expiry date and database status.

What it does not mean

Government approval, background check, permission to practise, service safety, predictive accuracy, client outcome or endorsement of third-party services.

Report a concern

For inconsistent records, suspected misuse or misleading promotion, preserve the page and communications and use the complaint channel.

Registration, updates and status

  1. GFSA creates a record from its course, assessment or organization-program information.
  2. Only records marked public appear in verification results.
  3. A status may be valid, pending, expired, suspended or revoked; the current GFSA database record controls this display.
  4. Certificate holders must use accurate descriptions and must not present an internal certificate as a government licence or result guarantee.
  5. GFSA may correct, suspend or revoke a record under its terms, ethics rules, expiry rules or a review decision.

Read the Terms, Ethics Code and Membership Policy for the full boundaries.
